Cool As A Cucumber
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt
Grate the cucumber and squeeze off some of the water. Cover and put in the freezer for 5 mins or in the fridge 15 mins. Reserve 2 teaspoons of cucumber and mix the rest with the yoghurt. Dampen 2 pieces of kitchen roll with cold water. Put half of your reserved cucumber in the centre of one piece and wrap up. It should look like a tea bag. Do the same with the other one. You can also use damp surgical gauze instead of kitchen roll if you have some. These are to go over your eyes. Slap on the mask, whack the pads on your eyes and relax! Wash off after 10-15 mins.

Sqidgy
5 or 6 squidgy fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon of oatmeal
Roll of cling film
This one is not actually a face mask but a FOOT mask! This is great when you've been pounding the pavement all day and your feet just want to scream out for mercy!
Dice your squidgy tomatoes and chuck them in a bowl. Mix in the yoghurt and oatmeal. Try to make sure that the tomatoes and yoghurt have come out of the fridge and are cold.
Now take your cling film, a spoon and the mixture and go and sit down. Get a piece of cling film large enough to wrap around your foot and place on the floor. Spoon half the mixture onto the cling film in a foot shape. Now rest your foot on top and wrap around your foot. You may want to use another layer of film over the top of that to avoid over squidge! Now do the same on the other foot.
Leave on for 10-15 mins making sure that you squidge the mixture in between your toes coz that feels really nice! Before you rinse off, massage mixture into the feet and let the oatmeal act as a gentle exfoliater! Now doesn't that feel better?

You Softie
Olive Oil
This is a treatment that I use to give me soft feet. All you do is massage olive oil into your feet before you go to bed! For added benefits, wear socks to bed and the movement in you sleep will give a slight exfoliating effect.

Intensive Nail Treatment
Olive Oil
This is an intensive moisture treatment for the nails. You will need a medium sized bowl filled with hot water. Get a smaller bowl and float it on top of the water. Fill that bowl with enough olive oil to cover your nail. Place your nails into the oil and relax for 10-15 minutes. Take out your hand and massage the oil into your hands. Repeat with the other hand. Do not paint your nails afterwards. You would have to use nail varnish remover, which would strip the nails of their moisture.

One Lump or Two?
Sugar or Salt
Liquid Soap
For a hand exfoliater, mix some sugar or salt with liquid soap and massage into your hands. Pay extra attention to the bases of each finger as they have a tendency towards hard skin. Simple!
